You may return any unopened or partially used items within 30 days of delivery. We recommend that you get a tracking number when you ship the item back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. Once we receive your item, we will be able to issue store credit or a refund for the price of the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will ship it to you as quickly as we can. Packages in the lower US typically arrive within 4-7 business days. Packages to Canada or Australia can take longer, depending on multiple factors.
Once you place your order, you will receive automatic email updates to inform you of the status. When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please note: once an order is placed, it will be immediately queued for shipment and we are unable to stop or edit the shipment at that point.
Within the US: There is a flat rate of $7.95 shipping per package. If your order is $97 or more, we will waive this fee and you receive free shipping.
International (Canada and Australia): To determine the shipping cost to your location, put the item in your cart and click to the checkout page. When you have entered your address, it will calculate the shipping price for you.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping Regulations
Shipping supplements: We are only able to ship internationally (via USPS) to Canada and Australia currently. If you live outside these areas and are ordering supplements, you are welcome to look into a service such as MyUS.com or shipitto.com. (If you work with one of these shipping companies, you are responsible to make sure your country allows shipment of these supplements.)
Shipping lab tests: Some of our lab tests can be shipped worldwide, while others have more restrictions. To place an international order, you will need to contact us directly and NOT purchase through our online shop.
International shipping precautions: Please be aware that international shipments may take weeks, and may get caught in customs, which delays the process further and is out of our control. Although we make very effort to clear customs, we will not be held liable if your package does not clear customs. Additionally, some countries may charge duties or taxes on these shipments, and if these appear, it is your responsibility to cover them. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
