From Bridgit: Why I Developed this Kit
"These are the most effective anti-inflammatory supplements I have ever found and I used them in my recovery from toxin mold. These are effective for headaches, menstrual cramps, joint or muscle pain, and more. This kit is also helpful for general detox support."
How They Work
If you want to fight inflammation, you need to include certain essential fats in your diet. The essential fatty acids found in fish oil are critical for balancing hormones, fighting inflammation, and more.
One serving of Peak Omega-3 Liquid provides 2,150 milligrams of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids, healthy servings of these important building blocks for your body.
Pure PC helps repair your damaged cells. When cell membranes are damaged, the cell cannot perform properly. Phosphatidylcholine (PC)—the primary lipid composing all cell membranes—is the simplest and most effective answer to replenishing and restoring cell membrane function.
Magnesium bisglycinate chelate is an important mineral for sleep, stress, hormone balance, detoxification, and, of course, cooling inflammation. Due to declining soil and food quality, most of us do not get enough magnesium and are deficient. We have tried many brands and types of magnesium and this powdered, chelated form is the most absorbable. As magnesium is very anti-inflammatory, it also helps in preventing headaches, menstrual cramps and more.

Fish Oil: take 1 teaspoon daily with food.
Pure PC: Take 1 teaspoonful (5ml) directly by mouth 1 to 3 times daily. Hold in mouth 30–60 seconds and swallow. Best taken on an empty stomach.
Magnesium: Make extra magnesium a part of your daily routine. I (Bridgit) drink mine while making dinner, so that it's a habit. Many women need 600 mg of magnesium a day, which is more than your multivitamin contains. Reduce dosage if loose stool begins.
Store Pure PC and Magnesium in a cool, dry place. Store the fish oil in the refrigerator.
